Actually there are 2 levels and 2 swimming pools, but currently only the lower level with two bedrooms and a swimming pool is for rent. All furniture and equipment are brand new, interior is very bright, spacious bathrooms. At the rear there is a washing machine.
In two km from the villa there is a quiet and almost deserted beach - Taling Object #33530 (northern part).
Concrete road is under construction. No phone line at the moment, only 3G Internet.
