Maid's Rooms are located along a great driveway with a double car park. The entrance to the villa is an impressive stone path leading through the waterfalls surrounded by a pond. At the villa you are greeted by a majestic image of Buddha on the first floor of the main pavilion.
The upper floor is a spacious (250 sq.m.) open plan living room with a ceiling in the form of a double dome. This room includes a TV sitting area with plasma screen with a diagonal of 50 inches, a recreation area with sofas and elegant dining table that can comfortably accommodate 12 people, breakfast place and a fully equipped kitchen. Folding glass doors lead you out to the veranda that surrounds the living room, overlooking the fantastic sea views. In the distance - the island of Koh Tan and silhouettes of mountain peaks of the continent.
Large teak doors on both sides lead you to the bedroom with a king-size beds. In each bedroom - polished wooden floors and domed wooden ceilings, wardrobes in teak wood. Sliding glass doors lead out on the veranda with sun loungers and landscaped garden. Adjacent to the bedrooms bathrooms are very spacious. On the floor made of the sandstone there are tiled baths and showers with rain effect. All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have TVs with plasma screens, satellite dishes and surround sound systems.
A wide staircase made of sandstone leads from the living room to the pool and pavilions on the beach. To the Right - another 2 bedrooms separated by a pond. To the Left - master's quarters with a private sitting area and a larger bathroom. There are two baths, a tropical outdoor shower with a rain effect on a wooden platform.
Large swimming pool with infinity effect is paved with blue stone and is surrounded by sandstone decking with deck chairs. Between the pool and beach - sunbeds crammed lawn and seats made of wicker covered with leather. Also located on the beach, a large pavilion-gazebo has a second kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator for wine and a barbecue brazier.
