On the lower level around a 23-meter pool in separate pavilions you will find: dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, living room with two large sofas and a coffee table, indoor air-conditioned cinema room with projector and a modern stereo. On the same level is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. It has access to the pool terrace and a private balcony overlooking the beach and sea.

The lowest level is occupied with a tropical garden that stretches along the beach line. Here surrounded by ornamental ponds and fountains you will find bedroom #2 with private bathroom and an indoor spa with massage couches and Jacuzzi.
