Altogether there are seven bedrooms in the villa, but thanks to the sophisticated architecture it might seem that it actually consists of two independent two bedroom villas - Bali and , as well as two suites - Java and Sumatra. They all can be rented separately and together.

The property is located on the ground level of the complex, with separate entrance, panoramic sea views and a private pool with Jacuzzi. Villa area - 100 m2, includes a spacious living room, private terrace furnished with a table, four chairs and two sun beds, a kitchen and two bedrooms, one of which - with sea views. Villa can accommodate up to 4 people.

All the rooms in the villa are air-conditioned, the living room has a corner with a TV and DVD-player and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, range hood and table utensils. Both stylish bedrooms have spacious double beds. One bathroom is with sink, toilet and shower.

The road to the villa is a 800 meters concrete winding strip that ascends to the top of the hill towering above the Bophut beach. This is by far the most beautiful place in the area, the hill is built up with magnificent villas located to the left and right of the driveway. It all looks very cozy and quiet. There are not many neighbors around the area.

The Villa welcomes guests with its sliding gates with remote control and a charming courtyard with parking lot. Just above there are two apartments (suites) connected by a shared terrace overlooking the sea and, just a little bit in a distance, you will find the two bedroom villa of the first level with panoramic views. At the next level there is another two bedroom villa with magnificent living room that also combines a dining room and a kitchen and two bedrooms in a separate house. There is also a large swimming pool with elegant "infinity" effect and a sun terrace with a dozen of sun loungers.

The nearest beaches are about 1.2 km away. You can go to the magnificent Bophut beach through the area of five star hotels, or you can enjoy a quiet part of Maenam beach by walking through the territory of magnificent "W Retreat". The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests (2 per bedroom), but due to the large number of steps and inclines it cannot be recommended for children under 5 years. Interiors are decorated in Balinese style, with beautiful decoration and furniture. There is a lovely garden at the villa territory. You can rent all 7 bedrooms, or each bedroom separately..

Terms and conditions:

• Minimum stay - 4 days.
• A pre-payment of 30% of the total rent price is required to be paid in advance
• he rest of the total rent price must be paid one month prior to the arrival.
• A security deposit of 10,000 baht will be paid at registration on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure the deposit is refunded except for the cost of damages or any other costs.

Free of charge:

• Transfer from the airport on the day of arrival and to the airport on departure day.
• Fruit Basket.
• Internet connection.
• Cleaning and change of bedding: 3 times a week from 8 am to 15 pm.
• Bed linen, towels and water in the pool are changed once a week.

Extras:

• Unfortunately, the maids are not enabled to cook. Chef services are provided on demand.
• A vehicle is highly recommended when staying at the Villa.
• Smoking is not allowed in the buildings.
• Please do not dry clothes, towels on the furniture, handrails and windows – there is an inner courtyard for this purpose.
