The property with three bedrooms and private pool is a brand new villa and is a unique offer on Samui due to its location in a gated Apollo Beach Club complex on one of the best beaches of Koh Samui - Tong Yang Beach.
4km sandy beach with great entering into the water is located right next to the villa and is ideal for swimming, walking, running or playing. Tong Yang is considered one of the most beautiful and authentic places of the island - there are almost no tourists here and you can watch spectacular sunsets. Here, our guests will not be disturbed by jet skis or ferries.
Living room overlooking the pool is always lit with sunlight. The windows from floor to ceiling make the room very bright. All the windows have mosquito nets so that nothing could prevent guests from enjoying the sea air. The living room is equipped with a powerful air conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and oven, dining area in the kitchen and terrace, utility room - every corner of the villa is thought out and designed for maximum comfort.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, with large king size beds. Each bedroom has very spacious bathrooms with separate shower area and windows. The main bedroom has a separate dressing room and a bathroom with a shower area in addition to a terrazzo bathtub overlooking the forest.
Two spacious terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture on the first and second floors will allow to fully enjoy your holiday in harmony with nature.
Besides the pool with a shallow area for children, the villa has a spacious lawn with soft green grass, a perfect place for football, badminton or barbecue. On the shared territory there is a trampoline. On June 2014 it is planned to install a playground with a slide and swings (equipement is delivered from Europe).
The villa has a washing machine and a safe. Villa is adapted for wheelchair users (there is a ramp, wide doorways on the ground floor).
