The place will fit a group of family and friends no more than 8 people comfortably. Guests can have access to Fibre Optic WiFi as well as the living, dining and kitchen areas at the front pavilion. Big fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Electric Blender are available for use. The common shared areas THE BEACH is right in front of the house. Dining on.the beach is a number one recommendations as there are more than 20 seaside restaurants to choose from with fresh seafood and good value for money. The well-known one where most European expats/retirees often go for Breakfast and Lunch is called Mr. Doon's. The owners are very friendly and feel welcome to have our guests turn up at any time from 7 AM even with pajamas. His restaurant is very popular among the locals as well as the foreigners for fresh food and good value for money. You will save heaps for cost of living if you can dine out at reasonable price restaurants just a few minute relaxing walk on the beach. Prices for our guests are the same as for the locals. 24/7 Seven Eleven convenient store, Teller Machine to withdraw money, Motor bike /Car rental/Tour Agency, Laundry services, shops selling vegetable/fruits, Chemist & Pharmacy, Cafe, etc are within 5 minute walk.
