The property with five bedrooms and private pool located on a hillside in the north-eastern part of the island. In order to maximize the useful space and provide excellent views of the sea from every room, a villa built in the form of a three-level cascade. Each level has its own private garden and is connected to the half-closed, followed by an internal staircase.
The villa is located in the prestigious and exclusive area Narayan Heights. You can reach it only by a private road, surrounded by high walls. In the villa itself are large wooden doors. And the attention to detail will be evident as soon as the doors open in front of you!
Guests on the upper level entrance greeted spacious living room, dining room for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level it is a large bedroom with a private bathroom. This bedroom and living room with a huge sofa out directly onto the terrace in front of the infinity pool. Dining room with a built-in unit for a barbecue out on the private terrace. The dining room also has a bar with high chairs. In this part of the building there is a kitchen, which is mainly used hired chef and staff of the villa to prepare meals for guests.
A second living room with media center is located on the middle floor of the building. It housed a comfortable long sofa and a large plasma screen. Sliding doors at the far end of the room leads to a room that can be used as an office.
The villa offers 5 double bedrooms (3 King and 2 Queen), each of which has a beautiful view of the sea directly from the bed. TV and fitted wardrobes added feeling of a 5 star resort.
In addition to all features of the villa granted its own fully equipped gym and a private cinema with comfortable seating, large screen TV and surround sound system.
The villa is fully protected with security service 24 hours a day and has its own private parking for guests.
