In addition to the bedrooms, kitchen and a covered balcony Villa 1 has a lower level with a little extra room with a separate entrance and its own view of the sea. It can only be rented together with Villa 1. This will be an excellent option for three people traveling together or for couples preferring their own bedrooms. This room can be used as an office. There is a toilet and sink but no shower.
Besides the six houses there is a gazebo - sala, which offers panoramic views of the sea and surrounding hills, and a large swimming pool with a spacious terrace and couches for those who like sunbathing.
