The property are two separate one bedroom houses right by the sea on one of the most beautiful beaches of Koh Samui - Bang Por.
A small corridor at the entrance leads into the living room with a comfortable sofa and a 32 "LCD TV with DVD-player and a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and a 42" LCD TV. By bedroom adjoins a bathroom with tub and separate shower. The house has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle.
Directly from the living room on a path of stones can go to the beach. Here on in their own private lawn in front of the beach there is garden furniture for relaxation, as well as a barbecue area.
Houses are equipped with a tracking system and alarm. In walking distance of restaurants and shops. Across the road is the main Resort area, which belong to the house. There can be a wide range of services - from various trips to rent a motor boat for small cruises.
