The villa, built by the famous architect Gary Fell - the winner of the international contest for the best architectural project in the world, cascades down the slope of a high hill to the sea. Thanks to this arrangement almost every room of the building has a gorgeous view of the lake of Chaweng, the beach of the same name, a nearby island Matlang and, of course, on the Gulf of Thailand itself.
The village consists of two and three bedroom villas, each of which is located on two levels.
The two-bedroom villas on the lower level is a spacious living room an open, united in the same room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Due to the large sliding glass doors in the living area smoothly into the terrace in front of the swimming pool.
The upper level is occupied by two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms open onto a shared balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding area.
Three bedroom villa can be of two types.
Type A. Living room, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool and one of the bedrooms are on the upper level. The remaining two bedrooms occupy the lower level.
Type B. At the level of refund placed living room, kitchen, dining room, covered gazebo-sala with another seating area and a swimming pool. All three bedrooms are located at the bottom level.
All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
Since the villas are built on a fairly steep hill, the view from the rooms of the lower levels do not overlap standing in front of buildings.
