The futuristic design and white exterior are combined with the completely natural tropical environment, because is more than just style. This eco-friendly house is built in the tradition of "green" architecture. The most striking feature - the grass-covered roof structure, which not only help the villa blend with the natural green jungle, but also a natural means of cooling, store and retain water.

If you like the modern style, you will find this villa especially pleasing in an aesthetic sense. The steps at the entrance lead upstairs to a huge garden, and then even higher - to the infinity swimming pool tiled with gray slate. The villa was built around the pool in the shape of the letter "L", and the pool tends directly to the sea. The whole level of the villa is on the rise, adding a sense of privacy.

Main room is located in the triangular end of the pool, which allows us to observe around at maximum. The facade of this beautiful building is composed entirely of glass opening windows, which not only allow you to focus on the views around, but they can naturaly cool the area inside. So you'll need less air conditioning! Air conditioning, of course, is installed in all rooms.

You enter the villa through a glass door and immediately encounter the style and atmosphere. Chic, stylish interiors make bright and spacious rooms really living. Despite the fact that the villa is furnished with the latest technology, it has a fantastic vintage. A lot of glass, wood and stone, and the entire design as a whole, not to mention the excellent selection of comfortable furniture trim - that's what makes this place so attractive.

To the left of the entrance you will see the wooden panel sloping wall, which has a built in black granite shelf and a large flat-screen TV and an entertainment system. The white ceiling is located at 45 degrees. Beveled corner of the wall is lined with natural stone. Behind the door there is a magnificent conservatory and a swimming pool against the backdrop of a stone wall.

Cylindrical white columns and white tiles on the floor are placed in harmony with sofas, fully upholstered in white leather. Accessories are bright blue cushions. Sofas arranged around a chrome coffee table.

If the exterior of the villa was a real shock to you, then the interiors will also be amazing. To the right of the previously described zone there is a simple chrome dining table with wooden chairs and white cover. Next there is a kind of kitchen table made of gray brick with a black granite surface, and behind it - a stylish fully fitted kitchen. Behind it there is also a small kitchen - for the staff. On this floor there is a bedroom for guests.

This open plan living has unspeakably high ceiling - especially in one of the vertices of the triangle. From the ceiling hang long white fans. Even from here you can see a piece of the gallery upstairs. Parallel to the dining room there is a white stone staircase encased in a glass "box". This upward spiral staircase leads to the atrium. At the top of the stairs you will immediately find yourself facing the facade windows, offering an extraordinary view. Ahead of you there is an office / study room, rear wall is entirely occupied by white shelves. Yet there are many white leather chairs. It is difficult to imagine a better place to work or to just relax with an interesting book.

On the right hand of the stairs there is a hallway leading to the bedroom, which is tastefully decorated in modern style, like the rest of the building. To the bedroom adjoins a bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a luxurious bathroom, as it were recessed in the floor.

Let's go back down! Here you shall find a kitchen and dining room along the pool. On one side there is a sloping stone shields, on the other - the door leading into the two additional bedrooms with the bathrooms. These rooms at the pool has the same design and layout as the previous bedroom.

Swimming pool is surrounded by white stone terrace which is ideal for sunbathing. Behind it there is a well-groomed lawn, planted with trees and frangipani - local tropical plants. It surrounds the villa with a continuous ring.
