The property is situated in a private luxurious settlement on a hillside above the beach of Chaweng Noi. The village is located just 300 meters from the ring road connecting the island’s two most popular tourist areas - Chaweng and Lamai.
Before the construction of the villa the owner wanted to find a quiet spot in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and coconut trees with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand, which at the same time would not be so far from the airport, hospital, major shopping centers and beaches. The dream was realized when he found this very secluded area in the mountainous part of Chaweng Noi. The house was built with high quality materials and decorated in bright and luxurious style by one of the most famous designers of the island.
At the pool level there is a large open plan room that combines a living room with leather sofas, DVD-player, LCD TV and surround sound system and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area for six people. Refreshing sea breeze easily enters into the room through the large sliding doors.
Just a few steps below there is a well-equipped gym with a couch for relaxing during the day, an LCD TV with game console and satellite channels, as well as a bathroom. The room was specially designed so that you could enjoy the surrounding landscape through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows.
Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the upper level. Two of them with large double beds have a balcony with stunning sea views. The third bedroom with a bunk bed has windows overlooking the jungle. This room is perfect for children who can enjoy watching the life of the rainforest.
The terrace around the infinity pool has sun loungers for sunbathing. If you like spending time outdoors there is a sitting area with sofa and chairs, as well as another dining room for six people in the shade from the balcony of the second floor.
