The property sits in Bo Phut — the best compromise between the noise of Chaweng and the quiet evenings of Maenam. Bo Phut suits solo travellers, families, long-stayers and holidaymakers: everything is close. Three main hypermarkets, dozens of small shops, banks, services and cafes. The beach is a short walk, and Bo Phut beach is one of the best on this part of the island.
The house is on the private grounds of a small resort — the gate stays open at night, but the owners live right by the entrance and resolve issues 24/7. There is ample car parking, a scooter canopy, and the resort sits on a side road — busy enough, but a fence and dense buildings shield the grounds from noise. The houses stand closer together than you might wish, but the shared walls have no windows.
The house has everything you need for a quiet stay, independent of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and a gas stove; all rooms are furnished; both bedrooms have AC and wall fans. A wall fan in the living room too. Windows have bars and mosquito screens. A great option for any category of guest — the houses are fresh, 2015-build, so the photos still show little greenery (the lawn had not yet been laid at the time of shooting).
