Villa with four bedrooms and two private pools located on the Bang Por Hills of in a secluded estate Santi Thani. Due to its location, the villa has panoramic sea views and tropical greenery, sparkling waters of the Gulf of Thailand and the distant islands. During the rainy season you can hear the echo from the noise of the two waterfalls, located in the neighboring hills.

The villa is ideal for secluded relaxation couples or families, combining the highest privacy and security of your stay with easy access to nearby restaurants, spas and shopping. For the whole day near the villa can travel some ten machines and it will be the neighbors or the staff of the estate.

This luxury residential estate of 400 sq.m., conveniently using the slope of a hill, consists of three levels, each of which has a view of the sea.

The main level is occupied by a spacious living room with a large plasma TV, upholstered furniture and a dining area, a separate room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed, garden views and a private bathroom. From the lounge there is access to a huge sun terrace with sun loungers and a pergola in the Thai style. In the middle of the terrace is equipped with infinity pool. On the same level at the rear of the villa is located parking for two seats and a laundry service.

The upper level holds the master bedroom with a double bed, a home theater, Jacuzzi tub and a private bathroom. There is also the office space, a sofa which can be used as another bed. From this level rooms have a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood.

On the lower level are two more bedrooms with double beds, a TV and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to another terrace with swimming pool. For the convenience of the guests stay at this level is equipped with a second kitchen and conducted an independent passage to the parking lot.
