Immediately after the entrance to the villa you will find yourself in a stylish two-level building, where the spacious living and dining area are offering wonderful views of the surrounding tropics. Under the high ceiling, fans installed to distribute the fresh sea breeze in all rooms. There is also a Western-style kitchen with all the necessary equipment. A huge wooden table next to the kitchen can accomodate up to 20 people and at the left there is an access to the gorgeous gazebo-sala with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and coffee table.
Going back to the living room you will see two huge sofas in front of a large flat-screen TV that is connected to DVD-player and satellite receiver. The living room has a terrace around the swimming pool with infinity effect. Right next to the pool you can set the projector and the screen and enjoy watching movies at the cinema in the open air.
Bedroom, arranged on the same level with a swimming pool has the unique glass wall that allows to see the pool as your own aquarium. Stairs lead down to two bedrooms with television, King Size beds and bathrooms, arranged among the huge boulders right in the room. There are stylish fitted baths and showers. The room also has wardrobes and slippers. From these bedrooms on the middle level, you can get to a common terrace with an additional bathroom with the open-air shower. From here you can go down to two more bedrooms (one of them is the primary) from which you can go straight to the quiet private beach.
For entertainment, guests at the villa has a wide selection of equipment for various water sports including windsurfing, kayaking and jet ski.
Lifestyle - an elegant beach holiday amidst tropical greenery and cliffs at the villa, built using natural materials such as teak or beech.
The location on the cliffs provide sufficient privacy for the guests of the villa, they can easily move between different rooms without seeng each other. A small but comfortable beach on the lower level allows you to make swimming and water sports daily pleasure, and a spacious pool and sun terrace are ideal to sit on the lounge chairs with soft drinks to see how hot day merges into a tropical night.
Villa manager is happy to arrange dinner for guests on the beach, and the chef of villa will cook it (food by guests).

- Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account)
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas or New Year and 10 nights over both holidays, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
- Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
- Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
- Airport transfer: US$ 50 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

- The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organise activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
- Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
- Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
