The property sits on a fairly lively stretch of Bang Rak beach, close to the island's main road. All the basic amenities of civilisation are at hand, yet the apartment stays a comfortable distance from the piers and the Fisherman's Village. This is one of the most convenient locations for a Samui holiday — airport, hypermarkets, market and the island's main attractions are equally close by. Less quiet than Maenam, but less hectic than Chaweng or Lamai.
The apartment is on the second floor of a commercial building. Downstairs is a shop (at the time of shooting — may change), and the stairs up are on the side of the building. Parking is shared, 4–5 spaces, no scooter canopy. Through the wall is a second similar apartment on this floor. The sea view is partly obstructed, but the swimmable beach is within arm's reach.
Inside it is spacious, with plenty of soft furniture; the studio is divided by a partition wall. The kitchen has a fridge and a microwave and a workspace with running water for salads. Not suitable for small children (it is too high up). Better suited to young and lively guests who do not mind noise, do not need a garden, but need to be close to entertainment spots and want to host a home after-party.
