Luxury villa Baan offers extensive sea views from every room, fresh air due to the constant tropical breeze. The villa has five bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. Three of them are on the top floor, have large indoor and outdoor bathrooms and large terrace overlooking the sea.
Large master bedroom has a huge terrazzo bathtub. The fourth bedroom is on the next floor, has a library and a separate bathroom. The fifth bedroom has its own balcony, bathroom and kitchenette.
Living area is equipped with audio-video system with plasma TV, a satellite for 56 channels, DVD player and VCR.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, two refrigerators and a device for ice. On the terrace there is a huge swimming pool with cool water, sala at the pool, covered dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower.
The villa is located in a quiet location five minutes from Chaweng Beach, Samui International Airport, as well as many shops and fine restaurants. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need to relax. Maintenance staff will always take care of you during your stay, we offer a full range of concierge services to meet all your needs. Thai Chef is available upon request at an additional cost. Transfer to the airport, and a breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and toast is also offered.
