At the village entrance there's a cafe with tasty, affordably priced food (cooked by the owner's wife) and a mini-shop for everyday essentials. Large leather corner sofas and extra kitchen furniture are included.
Security deposit of 10,000 THB, refunded at check-out minus the cost of electricity and water. Extra costs: electricity at 5 THB/unit, water at 25 THB/unit, average monthly bill around 900 THB, free internet, and cleaning billed separately at 400 THB per visit (self-cleaning is also an option). A comfortable village for a good stay.
