This spacious, open-plan luxury villa with four bedrooms, located on a hill with a great view of the northern coast of Koh Samui. Behind it there is a swimming pool with infinity effect, placed above the beautiful gardens and tropical jungle, located at the bottom.

is furnished with simple but elegant Thai furnishings, in addition to the villa there are many traditional and modern Thai culture subjects. The top floor is a large living room, where you'll find a flat screen TV and DVD-player, I-Pod-speakers, etc. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in black granite. Large sliding doors lead onto a spacious terrace and bar. Downstairs are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, in which there is a sink, toilet and shower, both bedrooms are decorated in an elegant and graceful style that is inherent in finishing the house. The master bedroom is a separate pavilion, on the ground floor which is another bedroom. Both rooms have double beds, double sinks, rain showers, wooden floors and large bath of marble mosaic terrazzo.

Outside the pavilion you will see a spacious terrace with four sun loungers and parasols. A spacious Thai-style pavilion with comfortable chairs, covered with green pillows comfortable, perfect to sit and chat in the company, while sipping a refreshing drink, which
stored in a small refrigerator right here.

Location
• In the hills of Bophut area, northern coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes drive from the airport and to Chaweng
• The villa is not suitable for Children under 12 years and physically challenged guests

Villa Rates
• Pls refer to up-dated rate sheet for specific rate & season schedule and reduced occupancy rates if/when applicable
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 4 (four) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night (including breakfast)
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer charged at US$30 per way (tax applicable)
• Baby cot provided free of charge
• Rates include daily continental breakfast
• For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests

• Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
