From the minute that you arrive at the gate, you feel a keen desire to explore the place. The intricate layout has a peculiar charm: different levels are related to each other with stairs and paths, thus creating an interesting design! The main entrance leads directly into the garden, surrounded by high stone pillars that add a sense of your true home. By the way, these pillars have been erected around the trunks of palm trees that grew here before.
To the right of the entrance - a huge garage, which also features a room for the staff. And right in front of it - the main pavilion. It is huge and impressive, with a central fountain. On the left - living and dining rooms of the top location with a high domed ceiling and a balcony overlooking the garden, large swimming pool the ocean. Almost the entire surface of the walls is occupied by glass doors and windows, making the whole space feels like a cool, very bright and very comfortable place!
On the right hand there is a staircase that leads to the fountain, and another building, this time - a two-story one. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a dressing room and adjoining bathroom, which includes an external bath, lined with Venetian mosaic, a balcony overlooking the front of the area, as well as another one, overlooking the gardens, pool and beach. There is a similar room on the first floor.
Back in the living room / dining room - another staircase will lead us into the stylish fitted kitchen with a central table, wonderful surfaces made of black granite, matching furniture and kitchen utensils, first-class. Right next to the kitchen there is a TV room. In both areas - glass doors leading to fenced terrace and landscaped garden.
From this terrace you can descend into the bedroom, located just beneath the recreation room. This bedroom has adjacent private shower and have a private covered terrace overlooking the sea, pool and garden.
There is a beautiful landscaped garden and a swimming pool with infinity effect. On the right hand of the possessions - a pavilion with two bedrooms, which are separated from each other by greenhouses. Each bedroom has closet and adjoining bathroom, and a romantic outdoor bath, lined with Venetian mosaic tiles. Here you can safely bathe in the light of the stars! Behind the pavilion there is a garden, and right behind it - the white sand beach. To the left of the pavilion - a huge swimming pool with the infinity effect, lined with blue tiles.
