Track decorated with tapestries, leads to one-story pavilion on the left, and around the stone pillars on either side curl tropical plants growing in pots. The pavilion houses two bedrooms. The first of them has two beds, a wooden ceiling, dome, mounted in a wall flat screen TV with a diagonal of 42 inches. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a bathroom with dressing area, two sinks and a rain shower. This premise, in turn, is connected with a private shower area in the open air in the midst of enchanting landscape. The room as a whole goes to the front garden path and pond.

The second room has exquisite teak four-poster bed and the white draperies. This room is furnished simply delightful: light fixtures, a stylized bird cages, heavy teak furniture ... And yet there is a cloakroom, and two washbasins, and showers - external and internal. Open the door - and enjoy the garden, swimming pool, the ocean!

Directly in front of a pond located near the entrance, there is a two-storey pavilion, which is truly impressive. On the ground floor it has an absolutely stunning open-plan room. At the right end there is a stylish kitchen with dark slate floors that perfectly contrast with the white furniture. There is a central kitchen table with all the high-quality kitchen equipment.

Across the room there is a majestic wine rack that holds up to 400 bottles. It covers the entire width of the room, and just above it at the ceiling there is a projection screen of 100 inches. The floor in the living room is made of hardwood with fully opening doors in the front and back parts of the room. It feels as if the room has no walls - and thus the space is cool, bright, full of air. In addition, any time you can enjoy unique views from the terrace - the pool and beach. Recreation area is furnished with stylish and comfortable sofas lemon wall is decorated with interesting antiques and decorative design elements. Also here are massive coffee tables made of teak wood. The same table for dinner takes a dominant position in the dining room. It can easily fit a dozen guests!

There is also a large terrace, partly covered with a canopy, under which you can dine outdoors, have fun, just sit down and enjoy the scenery. Art objects are here - on the walls there are some fine pendants!

To the left of this room there is a high quality open staircase leading to second floor. The corridor can lead you to two further rooms, which combine a large balcony in the front part. Also there is a huge area for sunbathing and a ladder which makes it easy to descend into the garden or to the swimming pool.

The rooms upstairs combines luxury, practicality and stunning views. Each has adjacent dressing room and bathroom with glass walls. Soaking in the bathtub, you can enjoy nature! Both rooms are well furnished and decorated.

Going down the stairs in the landscaped garden, you will be able to appreciate the extraordinary size of the villa. Most of the lawn and landscape zone is separated by a terrace in front of the room from the terrace by the pool and pulled up to the gazebo on the right side of the villa.

To the left of the pool there is another pavilion with another bedroom for two. You can enjoy on our own internal garden with a spectacular multi-level waterfall, made of dark slate. The bedroom has wooden ceilings, and the bed is made of teak, again with a canopy and white drapes. Bright colored pillows decorate the sofa at the foot of the bed. A separate dressing room has the same color and a comfortable sofa in front of lockers. There can be a big bed for two small children! This door leads to a stunning bathroom with a shower. But for the true lovers of pleasures there is a path to the romantic and intimate bath at the edge of the pool made of the Venetian mosaic.

The last pavilion - a mirror image of the previous one, even the bathroom and tub, the pool are completely the same. However, this time the room goes directly to the terrace located a little further, but still here you will have a tremendous personal teak daybed. And access to the gardens and the beach! Both bedrooms has a swimming pool, in addition, have its own little garden here, and several lounges.

The beach pavilion is located right on the edge of the pool, opposite the bedrooms. There is a two-sided bar that allows you to drink cocktails at the pool, and straight in the water. Dining area allow you to eat outdoors in any weather. We also offer you the Sonos music system with Bose speakers and a barbecue.

The huge hundred-meter swimming pool with infinity effect is laid with blue tile. IThe form of the pool is very individual, carefully chosen for the layout of estates in general. The water is always crystal clear, there are no chemicals - the latest ionizing technology is used here. Ideal for swimming!

At the villa there are more than one hundred species of native tropical plants chosen for their color, beauty and fragrance. This amount includes rare species, blooming in the night.
At night in the garden some realy magnificent lighting is used to create a truly memorable atmosphere for a dinner or a party.
