Deposit required prior to occupation
# Payment methods thereafter will be confirmed in the rental contract after
Discussion and agreement between tenant and landlord.
# Two months notice is required on either side to vacate the property
# Electric and Water bills payable by the tenant at the end of each
Month.
# Telephone charges and calls payable by the tenant.
# All laundering of the villa towels and bed linen are the
Responsibility of the tenant during the length of the contract

# Smoking is restricted to the terraces or outside. No smoking inside
