Santhikiri Estate - a settlement of 24 separate sites with 19 houses, public gardens and common lounge area with a pool and pavilion for yoga. The estate is privately owned protected around the clock.

The central two-story building, looking straight at the pool and the sea, there are two guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Outside, the building is surrounded by granite boulders on which to build a sun terrace with swimming pool. Here there are also showers and changing rooms for guests using the pool. A few steps below the allocated dedicated space for cooking outdoors with a barbecue, a separate kitchen, bar and dining room. Between the main building and a separate building in the garden to make a small waterfall, around which you can picnic or just meditate.

On the second floor of the main building is a large living room with sofas, dining room and kitchen with modern equipment. The high roof of teak wood, rose wood floors, antique tables, Burmese, Tibetan furniture, Balinese coffee tables in teak, modern art, furniture to order - all this creates a unique atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
