To the front is a grassed area with sundeck and to the right are two outdoor dining areas, a water feature and an outdoor kitchen and bar. The second pavilion has two double bedrooms and a lounge.
The bedrooms are identical and both have en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers. The front lounge and terrace has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and views over the garden, the beach and the sea. The pool and Jacuzzi sit in the centre of the courtyard and there’s a poolside Sala with stylish and comfortable seating.
The master-suite is in the final pavilion, it has a front terrace and inside there’s a seating area, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower and a luxurious outdoor shower and bathtub. Behind the master-suite is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and indoor and outdoor showers. At the front is the lawn and private beach access. This is a well designed home in a private beachfront location.
