A small cluster of one-bedroom houses with air-conditioned bedrooms, built in September 2017, just 2 minutes by transport from Maenam beach. Furnishings are minimal — the bedroom has a bed, and there is a separate dressing area with hangers and a mirror. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and a water heater is provided. Owners are open to adding furniture for stays of six months or more. Bedding is provided at check-in. The kitchen is also basic. A small balcony is at the entrance. Note that the houses sit about 30 metres from the road, so traffic can be heard.
The beach is 15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike. A Family Mart is nearby. The Maenam evening market is a couple of minutes' drive. Major centres are 20 minutes. The airport is about 30 minutes.
