A house of a wealthy Thai - for you! Two bedrooms, living room / kitchen in a separate house, a swimming pool. The house is located within a hundred meters from the sea. Right on the ring road, but the location is very convenient. Two hundred thousand baht ($ 6500) for half a year (6 month). The house is not for monthly rents.
The gate of the house is located right on the ring road. Next goes a small parking lot and a passage into the house through the garden. On the left sire there are small pavilion for cozy get-togethers (two chairs and a table available) and a neat pool. On the right side there is a living room-kitchen. Straight forward is a passage to a separate house with two bedrooms. The total area of the property is about 500 m2.
No kitchen as such. So you are gonna have to equip it, starting with furniture. However, it is not that expensive (around 5000 baht).
Two absolutely identical bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom. However, in one of the bedrooms there is one additional TV, a small fridge and a shower in the open air.
There are no neighbors within range.
Additionally you will be paying for:
- Internet. The owner will provide it, but the payment is on you. About 800 baht per month
- Gardening and cleaning of the pool. About 3,000 baht per month
- Cleaning. About 500 baht.
- Laundry. Several laundries in the area. About 50 baht / kg. with ironing.
The place is quiet (if not to take into account the ring road). To the nearest shop (and most of the delicious Thai restaurants are there too) is about a kilometer. A hundred meters to the sea, but this area is good only to plunge a little. For a proper swimming it is better to go on Ban Tai (3 km) or any other beach on Koh Samui.
