The village is located on a plain surrounded by greenery and rare of local residents. It is a quiet area and quiet village, the in the village are separated by a sufficient distance so that the neighbors do not disturb each other and an abundance of greenery reduces possible noise. There is a well-maintained concrete road leading to the village from the main road. It will also get you to the sea shore which is just 30 meters away from the main road.
The sea at this beach is fine only for swimming with children (too shallow and lots of corals), the nearest beach for comfortable swimming is Ban Tai (5.5 km away). The nearest cafes and restaurants are all on the main road.
The village territory is fenced, the entrance is gated. It is suitable for both tourists and residents wishing to fully enjoy all the advantages of living on Koh Samui not in the tourist sector.
There are two floors in the house. On the ground there is an open space used as a terrace with dining table and a sofa area, as well as a spacious kitchen. The terrace overlooks the facade of the house, the garden as well as the back side of the house with a gazeboin the woods. The open part of the first floor is completely covered around the perimeter wit a gated fence, forming a private area that can be used as a safe playground for children.
In the house there are living room, bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sofa in the living room can be transformed in an extra bed (rather suitable for children only).
