Today (November 2015) the left side of the Resort is under construction - the house make full size with normal walls and a roof. The right side remains untouched and is only rented by the day. Traditionally, on the edge of the village, near the sea, there are a large restaurant and an expensive house with a view of the Big Buddha, a marina with yachts and Phangan Island on the horizon.
The houses are old enough, but dry and tidy. No foreign odors, no humidity, no noise from the road, a great place for a couple of weeks off. Equipped with necessary furniture, safe, air conditioning and a fan. Hot water, intenet, cable TV, garden furniture on the spacious porch, sea view from this very porch.
