The house sits in the southern part of the Lamai area. This small complex was built in a shallow valley surrounded by jungle on three sides. Private grounds and green lawns make it well suited to a calm family holiday with children of any age. It's very quiet here — the nearest road is about 500 metres away.
The house has a kitchen, a hall, a covered veranda overlooking the jungle, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms have wardrobes, big-size beds and air conditioning, and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Banana palms shade the house, keeping it cool. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a multicooker, a stove, and a full set of pots, pans and dishes. TV and Wi-Fi are provided.
Lamai beach is within walking distance — locals rate it among the best on the island for its long, wide sandy strip and clean, rock-free sea entry. The area has plenty of bars and restaurants open late, pharmacies, mini-markets, massage parlours and souvenir shops. Family Mart and 7-Eleven are 5 minutes away, and the Tesco Lotus mall — with a food court, kids' play area, cafes, boutiques, electronics shops and currency exchange — is a 5-minute drive. A traditional Thai market with seafood, produce and ready-made food is nearby, and the Coco Splash water park is close by too. Linen and towel changes on request; water, electricity and cleaning are billed separately.
