On the ground floor are the living room with sofas and a TV, equipped with all the necessary equipment a modern kitchen and dining area for 6 people and a guest toilet.

On the second floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a private bathroom and a balcony.

A small swimming pool in a tropical garden close to the house will bring cool on a hot day.
