- a luxurious, tastefully decorated villa with four bedrooms and private pool, located on top of a hill in the , offering stunning views of the bay and beach of the Big Budda.

To get to the villa one can only go through a separate entrance in the wall made of the local stone that is surrounding estate. Here on the ground floor is the living room for the servants, as well as parking for four cars.

On the ground level with the stone steps you can get into a covered gallery with a small seating area. Further stairs go to the second level to a large sun terrace, swimming pool with infinity effect, comfortable lounges and a gazebo in the Thai style.

To the right of the stairs is the door to the master bedroom with king-size bed, hardwood floors, as well as digital lighting control system. A small sitting area with comfortable sofa and LCD TV makes this room perfect for sleep and rest. In the adjoining bathroom there is a Jacuzzi, a "tropical rain" shower, and a large walk-in closet. Through the double sliding doors one can access to the terrace in front of a swimming pool with ample sun loungers.

To the left of the stairs behind a large folding door is a carved living room area and dining room. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. If you go further to the left, you can get into the second bedroom, known as the "Orange" due to interior design in the color orange. In addition there is a double bed sofa and a wardrobe. In the adjoining bathroom there is a Jacuzzi made of natural stone, as well as a "tropical rain" shower.

Another door leads from the dining room into a third bedroom with king-size bed and a sofa, room is made in purple shades.

The fourth bedroom is located in the dining room and goes straight to the sun terrace.

Going down from the terrace just a few steps down you can get into a well-equipped gym with shower and sauna.

Although the villa is located in a hilly area, its territory is a rather flat area, which makes the stay of children and elderly guests safer.
