House is located in the coconut gardens of exclusive estate close to the Bophut Beach. This private estate is the largest and the most spacious villa complex on Koh Samui. The land is well groomed, the area is fenced and guarded.
The owner of the villa is a Swiss restaurateur. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, it is separated from the living room with a lunch desk. An additional bathroom with shower is adjoined to the kitchen. A set of entertainment in the living room includes satellite TV (56 channels), VCD, DVD and stereo.
Deposit 10,000 baht, paid at the checking in, electricity bill is ussualy kept back from it, and the rest is returned.
