Cheap houses for rent on Koh Samui located in Bang Rak district, though it is not far from Chaweng Lake. So it is possible to reach Chaweng’s infrastructure without a bike, everything is rather close: minimarts, bars, cafes & restaurants, ATMs, laundries, tourist agencies, etc. If you are going to Samui for the first time, it is good to know that Chaweng is a party district with a lot of places to be entertained during all night.
The houses are brandnew, built in 2015. The furniture is basic, but enough. There is a small kitchen with no cooking equipment, but you can buy a cheap second-hand gas stove, the owner does not mind. The bedroom has an AC, the living room has a dining table.
There is a small roofed parking lot at the resort’s entrance. There are a shared swimming pool for two resorts, small kids playground, and several laundromats.
We would consider these houses a perfect budget housing with kids if you are ready to buy some extra furniture and cooking devices through online second hand stores. As it is quite cheap, you can eat out.
