The property is a modern and comfortable villa in Thai style, built in 2009. This brick mansion will satisfy even the most demanding guests. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. This villa is located in the second row of the villas of ; with its terrace overlooking the sea. The second floor has a separate outside staircase. To the bedroom at the front adjoins a large balcony overlooking the sea, from the other bedrooms one can go to a small rear balcony. Each bedroom has a LCD TV, DVD-player, wardrobe and dressing table.
The first bedroom is located next to the living room on the first floor. It has air conditioning, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table, as well as LCD TV, DVD-player and ceiling fans. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a bathroom with two sinks, shower and toilet. In the bathroom there is enough space for all toiletries.
Outside staircase leads to the second floor where there are two more bedrooms. Each of them has air conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, LCD TV, DVD-player and private bathroom with sink, large mirror, toilet, and shelves for toiletries.
Next to the living room there is a kitchen equipped with everything modern. It has an electric cooker, large fridge and dishwasher. In air-conditioned room, guests can watch foreign TV channels and movies, comfortable sitting on the couch. Owners of laptops can use wireless Internet access anywhere in the house. In a corner of the living room there is also a small computer desk. The villa is cleaned every day. On the covered terrace there are ceiling fans and dining table for eight people. Those wishing to explore the coral reef or catch the fish in the sea owner provides two kayaks.
