Due to the large windows, the living room is very bright. The first floor has one bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor. The beds are close to the windows, and only a single bed is standing at the stairs. Also on the second floor there is a bathroom and ceiling fans. Built-in kitchen will pleasantly surprise you by its capabilities. The property is perfect place for four people with a child.

There is a total of 15 houses in . They are all made of precious wood, and are in the same style. On the island of Koh Samui there are no analogues in design and location. The same can be said about the beach. Because of its uniqueness it is unaffected by the massive influx of tourists. There are a lot of good Thai restaurants.

Nine houses of the resort are located directly on the beach. The remaining houses are in the second and third row.
