The villa has three bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms and an additional single bed. Each bedroom has air-con. Two bedrooms are located at the glass facade, and offer a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has its own bathroom. The villa has plenty of room for seven people.

There is a total of 15 houses in . They are all made of precious wood, and are in the same style. On the island of Koh Samui there are no analogues in design and location. The same can be said about the beach. Because of its uniqueness it is unaffected by the massive influx of tourists. There are a lot of good Thai restaurants.

Nine houses of the resort are located directly on the beach. The remaining houses are in the second and third row. Swimming pool with crystal clear water has a special section for children and a Jacuzzi. It is located in a tranquil palm garden and surrounded by tropical plants that bloom almost all year round.
