Spacious private villa with four bedrooms and a private pool located within walking distance from Choeng Mon Beach. The building was built in traditional Thai style using natural materials.
The area is fenced and landscaped. At the time of the photos was in the final stages of restoration.
To the left of the entrance is a large living room, and then clockwise: bedroom, staircase to the second floor, decorated bathroom with Jacuzzi and natural light, access to the rear courtyard, guest toilet, office (can optionally be used as an extra bedroom), kitchen with dining area. In the kitchen - a full gas cooker with oven.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a safe), pantry and balcony. Each of the three bedrooms has air conditioning, a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and bath.
