The property sits at a considerable distance from the busy ring road, and even from a fairly quiet side road. Two one-bedroom have been built on the plot. There is no real resort yet, but the fence is up and the foundation is laid. The stand well away from the main activity of , but not in a desolate wilderness — a multi-unit Thai house and the owners' house are nearby. The beach and the basic amenities of civilisation require a car ride.
The parking area is large, with trees giving shade for a car or scooter. The house is on stilts, which reduces the chance of an unexpected wildlife encounter in the bathroom in the morning. The porch has furniture, as does each room. The set is minimal because the house was built and furnished for a long-term rental. A small fridge, a gas-bottle stove, a TV, and on the photo you can see a box of tissues — for wiping away tears of happiness after the deposit is paid.
Ideal for one person, and almost ideal for a family with one child thanks to the high porch. We have already recommended that the owners fit a gate.
