New two-storey house with three bedrooms in Bophut, designed in European style, with views of the sea. It is located in a fenced area with several buildings nearby in the middle of a blooming garden of magnolias and pomegranate trees. The house is located 900 meters from the sea, 700 meters from the ring road, on the hill. Bophut area of Koh Samui attracts many people with its beautiful views and a great location - the area has all the necessary infrastructure, and is only 15 minutes drive from Chaweng with its colorful nightlife: discos, bars and shops.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each has a separate exit to the yard. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a spacious dressing room with en-suite shower room, two other bedrooms share a dressing room and a shower room. The design of each room is made in the original European style. Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning.
The rooms include quality textiles and linens made of natural cotton. On the second floor there is a spacious living room combined with dining room and kitchen and one bathroom, one mounted air conditioner and a few fans. Along the perimeter of the second floor is a terrace with a beautiful view of the jungle and the coast. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, microwave, kettle, ceramic dishes and cutlery. There is also a washing machine.
Design and layout of the house is thoroughly thought through: everything inside the house from shelves in the kitchen to the cabinets is very convenient to use. In the courtyard there is a covered parking.
Pool is a shared one for all the three houses.
The house is for rent for a period starting from six months at the price of 50,000 baht / month + electricity. Or, for short periods up to two weeks at the price of 3,500 baht / day, electricity is included in that price.
