The property sits on the border of Chaweng and Bo Phut, opposite the huge MAKRO hypermarket, along a strip of houses on the main road. One of these houses has been turned into a cosy with a handful of rooms — and three of them have a full , which is rare for this type of accommodation. The location is excellent for infrastructure: shops at hand, equal distance to three beaches (Bo Phut, Bang Rak and, a little further, Chaweng).
The is fresh; appliances and furniture still smell of the shop. Two rooms per floor, the owner lives on the top floor. Parking is small but enough for a scooter. Inside, the room is -style: a small fridge, a single room and a minimal set of furniture. But there is a private balcony with a small table and a full — dining table, kettle, gas-bottle stove and a set of cookware.
An excellent option for a couple of weeks of holiday; in low season you can also rent the room monthly. Daily rate: low season 900 THB, high season 1,100 THB per night.
