Two town-houses, 10 rooms

The property is a small resort of two single-storey 10-room Object #47661- behind the ring road, toward the hills above Lamai on the south-east coast of Koh Samui. The neighbourhood is still being settled by home-owners, so neighbours are few, the sky is not crossed by power lines, and the coconut groves are still green. The location is convenient — close to the main shops of Lamai village but far enough from the noisy ring road. Each "Object #47661-house" is a long, narrow, single-storey building with 10 room-sections under one shared roof. The are tidy, with a large shared car park at the front. The porch is divided from the neighbours by a low wall, so you see only the people who live opposite. The compound is fenced with a gate, but typically wide open, and there is no security guard. Inside, the are furnished ascetically: a basic set of furniture, a small kitchen sketch in the corner near the bathroom, internet, hot water, somewhere to heat up lunch (if you buy a microwave), and a place to sleep — a large double bed. Air-conditioning, energy-saving lamps, a couple of sockets in the corners of the room — in principle, everything needed for living. The single-storey "Object #47661-house, Thai-style" is more like a great hostel for the young and undemanding than a place for a family to settle in comfort. If you want the very cheapest option, ask for an unfurnished room (no bed, no sofa, no coffee table) — about 3000 THB cheaper.
