Great location, lived-in area, close to all the infrastructure facilities, you can comfortably live here without transport, everything is within walking distance, except for supermarkets, but you can go there once or twice a week by public transport.
The village of a dozen houses is located next to a quiet road leading to the beach and a cluster of resorts on the beach. There is no need to cross the main road on the way to the beach. Mainly the permanent residents live In the village, mostly those are from Germany, sometimes the houses are being re-rented. The territory is beautifully landscaped with lush garden (it is April on the picture, the driest month). The houses are located at a distance from each other, providing optimal level of privacy. Inside the house there are a living room, a kitchen and one air conditioned bedroom. One spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower. Kitchen is small made in Thai-style (with a concrete countertop), but fully equipped. The cost of electricity, water and internet is included in the price of the house.
Pros: low price, good location, quiet, peaceful place.
Cons: there is no pool.
