This particular option has an amazing location and a low price, it is only 750 meters from the gorgeous beach of Maenam and 500 meters from the ring road with shops, restaurants, massage parlors and other necessary facilities
The house has all the necessities: a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, crockery and sink, television, fan.
There is no stove in the kitchen but you can purchase it by yourself. Though right at the village area there is an excellent restaurant, which serves Thai and European cuisine at the lowest prices.
Bedroom has a bed with wide mattress, a wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp.
The owners of the village is a sweet and kind Thai family, creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere. The village is popular among Europeans, so every day’s «good morning» and «small talk» are guaranteed.
Internet is not the best, but is ok for browsing (music, video and Skype with video only work well at night).
