The property is located in a gated private estate located amidst beautiful coconut grove, a few minutes away from the famous Lamai beach.

At the territory of the villa around the pool with Jacuzzi area and evening lights there are two pavilions with a modern kitchen, comfortable living room with sofas and LCD TV and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. In addition to the living room, LCD TVs are also placed in two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is provided as one-bedroom apartments with an American bar, a private seating area, a double bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom. The apartments have access to a private courtyard garden with a set of garden furniture.
