Located in a fenced area next to several other houses among flowering gardens of magnolia trees and pomegranates. The terrace has views of the garden and the sea in the distance. The house is located one kilometer from the sea and about 800 meters from the ring road. Bophut District, Koh Samui attracts many people with its beautiful views and a great location - the area has all the necessary infrastructure, and is only 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, with its colorful nightlife, discos, bars, shops. The house is connected by a road that comes gently uphill. There is an entrance to the village and 80 meters along the elegant pavement. The village has a dozen houses owned by a Thai-European couple who lives on the second floor of the house. However, a separate entrance and a private terrace will provide privacy. Other houses are at a considerable distance and the whole place is very quiet. Guests can use the small pool located in the village. Upon entering the apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, there is also a fully equipped kitchen. Then there is an entrance to the house, a living room, a hallway with access to the bathroom, after that there is a bedroom (with a window to the terrace and the kitchen). The house has lovely furniture and has been recently renovated. The apartment is positioned by the owners rather for a short stay, hence the pricing rules - 1100 baht / night or 27,000 baht per month. Electricity, water and inernet are included in the price, no additional payments.
