At the entrance to the villa there is a covered parking space for two cars. To the right there are a swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers overlooking the ocean. At the far end of the pool there is a dining sala which can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are stunning views, making this part of the villa ideal for having breakfast and starting your day.

From the wide pool terrace double doors lead directly to the living room with luxurious chairs and a dining room with a wooden dining table with rattan chairs, which can accommodate up to 6 people. This room is tastefully decorated and has a TV with stereo system.

Next to the living room there is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Light gray cabinets made of black granite with a large fridge, a microwave, a gas stove with four burners and an electric oven and dishwasher - there is everything you need for making even the most elegant dinners.

A small corridor with a library leads to a bedroom overlooking the rear part of the villa. The bedroom has a double bed, a large closet, a bathroom and a comfortable chair.

The second bedroom also has a large wardrobe, a double bed, and right behind it there is a spacious bathroom with a large bath and a separate shower cabin.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage space for personal items. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, a shower and separate access to a large bathroom for the whole family. From the master bedroom sliding doors open onto a terrace with a swimming pool.

Although is situated on a hill, it is an ideal choice for relaxed family holidays, as it is built on one level on a flat plot of land.
