Frangipani Private Exotic Villa - Main Villa

is located on the territory of an exclusive Santhikiri estate in the south-eastern part of the island. This place on a hillside among huge boulders and coconut plantations boasts untouched landscapes and unforgettable views of the sea and sunsets.

Santhikiri Estate - is a village of 24 individual plots with 19 houses, public gardens and a shared lounge area with a swimming pool and a gazebo for yoga. The estate is privately owned and is guarded around the clock.

Entrance to the villa begins with a wooden bridge leading directly into a spacious living room and on to the terrace with stunning views of the surrounding greenery and the Gulf of Thailand. At this level, in one large room you will find living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Another seating area and outdoor dining area are located on the large covered porch with ceiling fans.

The master bedroom of the villa with a large double bed and a Object #47458 bathroom is in a separate cottage, which can also be reached by a wooden bridge. This bedroom has a Object #47458 terrace with loungers, from which one can enjoy the surrounding scenery.

There are two more bedrooms for the guests. Suite with double bed and Object #47458 bathroom in the open air is situated under the living room on the lower level of the Object #47458 building. The bedroom opens onto a terrace with equally beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Rock Haven Suite occupies the ground floor of the cottage with a master bedroom. Justifying the name of the room, the entrance to it is surrounded by large boulders where huge rocks surve as load-bearing structures in the bathroom. This bedroom has two queen-size beds. Depending on the number of tenants occupying this bedroom the total number of guest of the villa can range from 6 to 8 people.

In addition to renting the whole villa, there are options for renting any separately taken bedroom.
