An original three-bedroom tropical style property is situated on the slope of a small hill in the heart of the residential area of Chaweng. The famous beach of Chaweng, Tesco Lotus supermarket, as well as many restaurants and bars are all located within a few minutes drive.
Considering the location of the villa on the hillside, the designers have distributed all areas of the house on two levels.
On the upper level there is a large (about 80 sq. Meters) room that connects a terrace with a dining area, a living room with a large LCD TV with satellite channels and a variety of comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. It is worth noting that a part of the kitchen space is taken by a huge cutting table made of solid wood and weighing about a ton, which can also serve as a bar or a dining table. The stove is placed outside the building to a covered terrace and is enclosed with a picket fence.
Just three steps above the living room are two master bedrooms with King size beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The lower level is occupied by a game room with a pool table and a table football game, as well as another bedroom with a Queen size bed and a private bathroom.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning, as well as LED-TV.
If you wish to take a dip in the pool, you can use the pool at the neighboring villa owned by the same owners. Moreover in order to accommodate a large group of friends you can rent both villas and get all 9 bedrooms just for yourselves.
