A new settlement of the modern townhouses with three bedrooms in the territory of a hotel and residential complex with complete infrastructure located in a few minutes' walk from the Big Buddha, Bang Rak beach.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large 50" LCD TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 persons. On the same floor is allocated for office space for two seats.

The second floor has three bedrooms with double beds and LCD TVs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room. On the first floor there is another bathroom for the inhabitants of the second and third bedrooms.
