As already mentioned, at this level there is a large swimming pool, on the terrace surrounded by two pavilions, as well as a couch for sunbathing installed. Next to the terrace stretches a spacious green field with cropped grass.
The upper level of the pavilion is occupied with an office, a separate pavilion with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for 14 persons, bungalow with a master bedroom and two further guest bedrooms and children.
In the basement under the clearing hidden a large hall for a night club, which adjoins the tennis court.
